Teaching children and adults the value of healthy eating
We believe that great education goes hand in hand with a healthy diet. More and more schools are beginning to ban unhealthy sugary foods because of how they impact our children and their ability to learn. Our minds need fuel, just as much as our bodies. A healthy diet ensures that our children can focus to the best of their abilities and feel great at the same time!
If your children aren't used to eating a lot of fruits or vegetables, try and be creative. Involving them in the food preparation process has worked for us. You can also try things like making smoothies. Smoothies do a great job at disguising vegetables our children wouldn't dare eat on their own. Add things like kale or spinach to a banana/strawberry smoothie and they wouldn't know the difference.
